Shipping & Returns

Orders will ship within 3-5 days of order placement.

Orders over $60 will receive free standard shipping.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. If an item has been laundered, we cannot return it.

If you received free shipping on your order and your order now falls under the required minimum for free shipping, the return shipping will be deducted from your return amount.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of when the order was received. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. If an item has been laundered, we cannot exchange it.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or closeout items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@markofvalor.com to notify us before sending it back.

ERRORS

If we made an error and sent you the wrong size or any other issues that we are at fault, we will replace it with the correct size or new item once you return the wrong or defective item to us. We will send a shipping call tag label to ship the wrong item back to us, shipping cost will be on us.

If you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange your product at your expense for shipping. If an item is discontinued and we are out of stock, we cannot replace it with the correct size.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is our mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
